Katie Jones, a London based Knitwear Designer, who focuses her work on expanding the boundaries of hand crafts into high fashion.

Whilst working in the industry, Katie realised that there was a serious amount of unused product, and this awareness sparked her own luxury knitwear label, K2TOG. Her brand takes on a “waste not, want not” design approach to ethical Fashion, by creating original upcycled garments. Each piece represents the vision of making something beautiful from nothing, adding that modern twist into traditional crafts

Katie’s debut AW14 collection drew inspiration from traditional Eastern European Folk Art. Making playful reference to the layering, pattern and embroidery of these regions, and adding a dose of traditional British idiosyncrasy. 15 pieces of dynamic jumpers and patterned leather pieces are instilled with Katie’s bold signature of colour and pattern. Each piece is re-crafted out of 90% of reclaimed materials.
