Tonight was the first crochet of the new year and what better by starting at beginner level. It was a fully booked class with seven intrigued people, all looking to learn and get creative.

Once all seated, 6 ladies and 1 gentleman was given their own crochet hook and a ball of pre-spun wool. This evening we are using Rowan 50g of Handknit Cotton (100% Cotton), whilst Pascal demonstrated on a larger crochet hook (12mm) and wool (hand spun & hand dyed super chunky).
The lovely Holly was also in to help out with those who had a little bit of trouble. She is the lovely lady that some of you have had the pleasure to meet at the weekends. A few hours later, many seemed confident enough to crochet by themselves but homework was set to practise on their stiches.
